AURORA, CO Bona US announces that it is moving its North American and South American headquarters to the Denver Tech Center in Englewood, Colorado. The company finalized its purchase of a single-story building which will serve as new office space, training center and machine maintenance facility. The move is expected to take place between late in 2018.

Bona's new Colorado office will be located at 24 Inverness Place East, Englewood, Colorado. With 74,209 square feet of space, the building is almost double the area of the company's current Aurora, Colorado, facility. This increase in size promotes the business's goals for expansion. The building will be remodeled to create a modernized open floor plan. Additionally, the space will house the largest Bona training and machine maintenance center. Here, contractors will utilize state-of-the-art industry tools and techniques and learn about the newest innovations in hardwood floor care and maintenance.

Employees will benefit from the Inverness office's location with easy access to two major Colorado interstates, the Denver metro light rail system, and the stores and restaurants within the Park Meadows shopping district. The building itself will offer amenities as well, including an upgraded cafe, outdoor pavilion and gym.

Bona Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations, Richard Goering noted the importance of creating a collaborative atmosphere. He cited the open floor plan and the casual sitting areas throughout the office as gathering points to increase communication and foster innovation.

"This new space will provide a welcoming environment where our employees can continue to deliver excellence to our continuously growing customer base of distributors, retailers, vendors and families," said Goering. "Our newly designed building will proudly display our Bona culture. We are excited to make this long-term investment in the community we love."
