JQ Announces Principal and Associate Promotions
Dallas, TX JQ has promoted Mark LeMay, AIA, LEED AP to Principal; John Mischkot, P.E., LEED AP to Associate and Thomas Pickering, P.E. to Associate, according to Managing Partner Stephen H. As the leader of JQ's Facility Performance Group, principal LeMay has overseen numerous, award-winning restoration and reconstruction projects, including the NYLO Hotel restoration and the Cotton Bowl repairs and improvements, both in Dallas, Texas, and the Potter County Courthouse restoration in Amarillo, Texas. With 38 years of experience, LeMay is recognized nationally for his ability to assess and restore historic landmarks.
Mischkot is a nine-year JQ veteran whose expert engineering counsel within JQ's Infrastructure Group has proven invaluable in serving the firm's water and wastewater infrastructure clients. Mischkot has been recognized for his work on the Lewisville Water Treatment Plant and for the Westside Water Treatment Plant, a new $47 million facility serving Fort Worth, Texas.
Pickering leads JQ's Civil Engineering Group. His 30-year career spans civil engineering, management and consulting in both the public and private sectors. Pickering has been involved with many of the firm's major projects, including the William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital in Dallas, Texas; the Zachry Engineering Education Complex at Texas A&M University College Station; and a campus-wide infrastructure improvements project for Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas.
