Grandscape is seeing major progress on their $1.5 billion development in The Colony. Construction has begun on two multi-tenant buildings located along Plano Parkway in between Bargain Way and Nebraska Furniture Mart Drive. The first to join the over 16,000 square feet in retail space will be two restaurants, Dog Haus and Bread Zeppelin.

Grandscape continues to move forward with their vision of destination, first-in-market, unique, family-friendly concepts. While construction begins on the multi-tenant buildings, the lake area along the Sam Rayburn Tollway continues to see progress. Soon the sidewalk and lighting features will go in along the lake wall while Lava Cantina, the first of up to seven restaurants will begin its construction work.
