FORT WORTH, TX  Pape"Dawson Engineers, Inc. announces Richard (Rick) P. Horn, Jr., A.I.C.P., as a new Senior Project Manager in the Fort Worth office. Horn will be a key leader in the Fort Worth office, helping to promote and manage Pape"Dawson Engineers' design services throughout the North Texas area.

Horn brings more than 35 years' experience in land and site planning, governmental entitlements, design, and project management of commercial, industrial, and residential land development projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Horn has provided team leadership and management for commercial design staff providing services for office parks, shopping centers,golf courses, warehousing, "big box" retail, and hotels/resorts.

Horn's local project experience includes the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Master Plan,Centre Port industrial/office development, Gaylord Resort/Conference Center, Alliance Airport, Trophy Club development, and Palisades Business Park.

Horn holds a Bachelor of Science in architecture from University of Texas at Arlington.
