Clark-Egan Joins Freese And Nichols' Houston Office
HOUSTON, TX Freese and Nichols, Inc. announced that Kalli Clark-Egan, P.E., has joined the firm's Houston office as a Senior Engineer with the Southeast Water Resources Group. Her move to the firm follows a distinguished career of designing and managing large-scale infrastructure projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Tulsa District.

Recently, Clark-Egan served the USACE as Deputy Chief of the Engineering and Construction Division. She led a team of approximately 160 government employees and contractors in daily operations related to engineering, design, construction management and contract administration for military, civil works and governmental agency facilities, infrastructure, and revitalization projects throughout Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Clark-Egan also gained considerable experience in developing and implementing large-scale water projects as interim director of the newly established Southwestern Division Regional Dam Safety Production Center and as chief of the USACE Civil Design Section.
Clark-Egan earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from Oklahoma State University. She is a certified Professional Engineer in the States of Oklahoma and Texas. In 2015, she was awarded the Army Engineer Association's Bronze Order of the de Fleury Medal for her service and support to the Engineer Regiment.
