Northwest Technical Solutions Announces Hartzheim as Quality Engineer, Hanks as Senior Engineer and Hampshire as Technical Service Delivery Engineer

KATY, TX In a trio of new hires, Northwest Technical Solutions is expanding its reach throughout the state of Texas with hiring Nicole Hartzheim as a Quality Engineer, David Hanks as a Senior Engineer, and Alexandra Hampshire as a Technical Service Delivery Engineer. Hatzheim, Hanks, and Hampshire all share plenty of experience and are working on current projects throughout the state of Texas.
Hartzheim graduated from University of Wyoming with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. She started her career at Schlumberger as an MWD Field Engineer, supporting Real-Time Drilling Operations offshore. She was quickly recognized as a high performer and received a Performance Initiative Award for safety and hazard prevention from Chevron. Also, as a new Lead Engineer, Hartzheim successfully completed the first job with a new acoustic technology performance tool designed by Schlumberger.
Hanks brings more than 13 years of experience in design engineering to Northwest Technical Solutions. His expertise includes design of casing running tools, surface skids, hydro/electric subsea control pods, and blowout preventer (BOP) control systems.
Hanks brings a vast understanding of the functionality of BOP equipment to Northwest Technical Solutions, where he will continue to evaluate BOP systems for their ability to meet the latest industry standards and operate in increasingly difficult conditions. Hanks is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and a graduate of the University of Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Hampshire brings a vast array of engineering and data management experience to Northwest Technical Solutions. She spent time at Bechtel Corporation, where she extracted trends and forecasted patterns for platform selection based on data manipulation and analysis of varying design factors. She also compiled a database on floating platform dimensions to help the company make streamlined decisions regarding platform type, size, and capacity when designing new production facilities.
Hampshire graduated from University of Texas at San Antonio with a mechanical engineering degree. She held numerous leadership positions including Vice President, College of Engineering Student Council, Officer, Society of Women Engineers and Procurement Team Lead for the Texas Energy Expo.
