Hill & Wilkinson Promotes Oswald and Woltman
RICHARDSON, TX Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors announces the promotion of Mike Oswald to Chief Operating Officer and Kirk Woltman to the new head of the firm's Manufacturing Division. In his new role, Oswald's focus will be on the management of field operations for all of Hill & Wilkinson's divisions.
"Mike joined us right out of college as a Project Engineer and has worked his way up, seeing every aspect of our business," said Paul Driscoll, Chief Executive Officer of Hill & Wilkinson. "He's very hands on with our field staff and invested in their professional development, which will be an asset in this new role. We're proud to see Mike grow into this position."
Oswald has been with Hill & Wilkinson for 12 years and was most recently Executive Vice President of Manufacturing overseeing such projects as the Village at Cumberland Park in Tyler, Texas, multiple facilities for WhiteWave Foods and Encore Wire and Manner Plastics.
"I'm honored to take on this role and will strive to continuously improve everything from recruiting and hiring to training initiatives," said Oswald. As Vice President of Manufacturing, Woltman oversees the operations of all manufacturing projects from conception through completion and serves as liaison to the owner. Woltman has been in construction his entire career and with Hill & Wilkinson for 21 years, most recently serving as Group Manager for Aviation and Food & Beverage. Notable projects include Peterbilt plant renovations, multiple WhiteWave Foods facilities and several Southwest Airlines expansion projects.
