JQ Announces Principal and Associate Promotions in Dallas and Fort Worth
DALLAS, TX JQ has promoted five key engineering professionals to leadership positions at the firm, according to CEO Stephen H. Lucy, P.E.
Barry K. Krieger, P.E., MLE, is promoted to Principal. Krieger has a successful track record in structural engineering projects ranging from industrial buildings to airports and healthcare. Krieger is an experienced participant with design-build teams with "fast-track" schedules.
Christopher Baker, P.E., LEED AP, has been promoted to Associate. Baker's more than 10-year career in structural engineering includes a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from municipal to K-12 and higher education. He is involved from project conception to completion for JQ's architectural clients.
Jessica Simon, P.E., LEED AP, has also been promoted to Associate. Simon's structural engineering experience spans a variety of industries, including higher education, municipal, federal and commercial. Simon's experience includes her project management role on the Tyler Junior College School of Nursing and Health Sciences and as part of the team which assessed the Trinity River levee system for the City of Dallas, among others.
Ovi Sipos, P.E., LEED AP, promoted to Associate. Sipos brings more than 15 years of experience in civil engineering design. He has extensive experience on a wide range of project types such as roadway reconstruction, drainage analysis and design, and water and wastewater distribution systems design.
Ronald R. Ishmael, P.E., LEED AP, alos promoted to Associate. Ishmael has nearly a decade of experience in both new construction and repair/retrofit of existing buildings. He is responsible for managing multiple projects and clients with diverse needs, providing facility assessments and repair documentation for new and historic structures.
