HOUSTON, TX  Paul Jones, Sr., RPLS, has joined McKim & Creed, Inc. as Regional Manager of the company's geomatics operations in Texas.

Jones brings nearly 40 years' experience as a registered professional land surveyor in the state of Texas. His specialties include surveying for the energy market, project management and client relations. He has managed large multi-state projects, and has worked closely with oil and gas producers, pipeline companies, industrial chemical refineries, land developers, engineering consultants, construction firms, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and other municipal agencies. Most recently, he served as a Senior Project Manager with Landpoint, LLC.

With McKim & Creed, Jones will focus on expanding geomatics services and growing the company in Texas.  "Paul started his surveying career in the field and has a hands-on, client-focused attitude. This makes him a perfect fit with McKim & Creed's culture of responsiveness and dependability, and our goal of consistently delivering results and exceeding our clients' expectations," said Tim Cawood, PLS, Senior Vice President with McKim & Creed.

Jones is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a degree in surveying and engineering geomatics.
