Industry Veteran McIntyre Joins Garver Texas Water Team

FORT WORTH, TX Garver announced water engineering veteran Randy McIntyre has joined their Texas Water Team as the Water Conveyance Team Leader.
McIntyre has over 31 years' of experience in managing a variety of engineering projects ranging from water and wastewater distribution and collection, water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, pipeline design and rehabilitation, master planning, facility operations, stormwater improvements, channelization, dams, water resources, and flood plain studies. He also has experience in environmental projects and street/highway design, as well as construction management and surveying.Â
Garver's Conveyance Water Team is an organized multi-disciplined group that supports conveyance projects from condition assessment, modeling, hydraulics, design, construction and operation, providing clients a balanced team that will deliver holistic solutions. Garver focuses on municipal/public clients and therefore provides the organization and leadership that allows the conveyance team to efficiently collaborate as a larger group who can provide each client an individual solution to meet their specific needs. Among other projects, the Conveyance Team is working on the Stewart Creek Interceptor, which will provide service for the fast-growing Frisco community and also reduce O&M by the elimination of a wastewater treatment plant.
McIntyre will be based out of Garver's Fort Worth office, but will serve clients across the entire Garver footprint, which spans across 10 states, primarily located in the South. They have Texas offices in Austin, Fort Worth, Frisco, and Houston.
