H&V Equipment Services Has Selected Neville to Serve as Sales Manager
SAN ANTONIO, TX H&V Equipment Services, Inc. has selected Chris Neville to serve as Sales Manager for the company and General Manager for the San Antonio location. Neville, a 28-year veteran of the construction equipment business spent the last five years on the retail side of the business with Hi-Way Equipment, managing 11 locations from the Oklahoma border to the Gulf Coast. Neville began his career in the early days of Kobelco America's entry into the U.S. market. He served in numerous capacities over a 10 year period, enjoying success as a Field Sales Manager and Marketing Communications Manager. "This was a tremendous learning experience for me, as a young company we were forced to wear so many hats that you had to learn all aspects of the business very quickly", said Neville.
That experience came in handy as Neville's next step was the start-up of New Holland Construction, followed by managing sales and marketing for Doosan Infracore upon their entry into the U.S. market.
Neville has found he likes the retail end of the business because you are closer to the customer, the pace is higher and you don't spend so much of your life in an airport. H&V Equipment has proven to be a very good fit because we are able to be nimble and respond quickly to changing customer needs and market conditions.
