HOUSTON, TX Deborah A. Twigg has joined R. G. Miller Engineers, Inc., as Manager of Human Resources. 

Twigg has more than 24 years of experience in the Human Resource field, serving in various management positions.  Most recently, she has been an independent consultant, providing a wide range of human resource and contracting services to small- and medium-sized organizations.

Twigg holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Alaska-Anchorage and a master's degree in counseling psychology from Georgia State University. Twigg is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute and as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management.
