DALLAS, TX Sean Studzinski, AIA recently joined Stantec as Project Director in Stantec's architectural practice within the education sector, bringing a forward-looking approach to student housing.

Studzinski has been designing residence halls for private developers and higher education clients for nearly two decades. Student housing life is shifting - and Studzinski has been on the forefront of these changes, having led the design and management of several complex, multi-million dollar residence facilities with major student housing developers and prime institutional clients throughout the South.

Studzinski is considered an industry leader on student housing design, and has presented on this topic at a variety of conferences. Studzinski is a registered architect in Texas, Florida, Arkansas, Kentucky, Alabama and New Mexico. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects, Texas Society of Architects, Dallas Architectural Forum, Association of College and University Housing Officers International, and the Society for College and University Planning.

Vice President of Stantec's Buildings Group, Don Hensley, says, "We are excited to have Sean join us. He will help us relate the story of our "Ëœone-stop shop' of services for student life buildings to our clients. It is truly an exciting time for our clients when considering the level of service we are now able to provide - from planning to construction administration - our team can do it all."
