Hill & Wilkinson Promotes Doyle to Vice President of Business Operations

RICHARDSON, TX Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors announces that Steve Doyle has been promoted to Vice President of Business Operations. Doyle will serve as the firm's General Counsel and oversee all legal activities of Hill & Wilkinson including risk management and contracts.

"Steve is a great addition to our team," said Paul Driscoll, CEO of Hill & Wilkinson. "Since joining us last year, he has worked on improving many of our internal processes which help us operate more efficiently.  We look forward to the impact he will have in this new role."

Doyle's experience includes the application of construction law and a clear understanding of the risks inherent in the construction industry, as well as practical and effective strategies to mitigate those risks.

Prior to joining Hill & Wilkinson, he served as Corporate Counsel for Austin Industries. Doyle earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law. 

Doyle currently teaches the Construction Law course at the SMU Dedman School of Law. He is a member of the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry; and past Chair of the Construction Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association.
