Cude Management Team Expands to Support Company Growth

SAN ANTONIO, TX Cude Engineers welcomes Coy D. Armstrong, Casey O'Neil, and Dena LeBlanc aboard to help grow and meet the needs of the firm.

Armstrong, PE, joins the firm as Vice President to further develop Cude's portfolio of commercial, residential, municipal, industrial and education development. His responsibilities include project and team management to meet performance goals, business development, client management, as well as participation in operations and strategic planning. He received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and has more than 21 years of experience.

O'Neil, as Vice President of Business Development, will be responsible for developing new clients and sourcing new projects for Cude's multiple markets. With more than 16 years of experience in real estate and sales, O'Neil joins Cude from PulteGroup where he focused on the acquisition, entitlement and project management of single-family and mixed-use communities. Prior to PulteGroup, he led a team of Asset and Portfolio Managers at JLL, specializing in the disposition, leasing and property management of a multi-million-dollar portfolio spanning across the United States. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Baylor University.

LeBlanc will lead the marketing efforts as Marketing Manager. With 20 years of marketing experience, she will be responsible for conceiving and executing marketing strategies and tactics that drive growth. Before joining Cude, LeBlanc worked for a variety of advertising agencies, including McCann Erickson and BBDO. Thirteen years ago she switched to the corporate side and oversaw the marketing for Insperity, the largest professional employer organization in the country. She previously worked at Stewart Title, one of the largest global title companies. She has a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
