LAN Promotes Mack and Terrazas to Team Leader

HOUSTON, TX Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) has promoted Melissa C. Mack, P.E., and Johnathan Terrazas, P.E., to the position of Team Leader.

Mack has 18 years of experience and is LAN's Lead Hydraulic and Transient Modeling Engineer. For the past 15 years, she has provided water system hydraulic and transient analysis for municipal water systems throughout Texas and the Midwest. These include the City of Houston's Surface Water Transmission Program and the Northeast Transmission Line Feasibility Study, Hydraulic Model Development and Water System Planning Study for the City of Conroe, Water Distribution System Master Plan and Water Model for the City of Pflugerville, as well as the Surface Water System Planning for the West Harris County Regional Water Authority, Houston.

 Terrazas, who joined LAN in 2006, leads the firm's structural and bridge team. He has more than 13 years of experience inspecting, planning, designing and load rating highway and railway structures. His experience includes two years with the Texas Department of Transportation in the Fort Worth District Bridge Design Section, and serving as the structural technical lead for projects ranging from multi-level interchanges and multi-modal bridges to off-system bridge replacements.
