MCKINNEY, TX MYCON General Contractors announces the promotions of six employees to new roles within the company.

Lou Arrieta - Chief Estimator
A 30-year industry veteran, Lou Arrieta will lead the development of his team members, focus on nurturing client relationships and work with senior management on developing business growth strategies while incorporating new technologies and methodologies in the estimating process.
Al Arjona - Senior Superintendent
Al Arjona demonstrates effective leadership, organizational and time-management skills along while proactively managing client relationships.
Kyle Gallagher - Senior Project Engineer
Kyle Gallagher demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering a quality product with an attention to detail - valuable assets to both clients and project teams.
Ryan Stoll, LEED AP BD+C - Senior Project Manager
Ryan Stoll has quickly risen through the ranks due to his outstanding skills and performance. He holds an MBA from West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in construction science from Texas A&M University.
Hayden Tuley - Project Manager
Hayden Tuley will be managing the direction, completion and financial outcome of multiple projects from start to finish.
Mike Williams - Director of Preconstruction
With more than 12 years of construction and business experience, Mike Williams will work with clients, designers, and other team members to assess and define owners' goals in order to maximize value before construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
