LAN Promotes Green to Chief Technical Officer
HOUSTON, TX Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN), a planning, engineering and program management firm, promotes Warren Green, PE, to the position of Chief Technical Officer.
Green, who is one of the firm's Vice Presidents, will serve as the technical liaison across all of the firm's business groups, assist with staffing plans to assure project quality, actively participate in project pursuits, develop and oversee technical presentations and publications, as well as assist with defining and implementing technical training. He also will assume the role of LAN's corporate quality officer to assure overall quality and technical capabilities throughout the firm.

Green brings 38 years of experience in the engineering management and supervision of complex drinking water supply and treatment projects, totaling more than one billion dollars. He has worked for numerous water systems across the country, managing the design and construction of massive raw water pumping stations, water treatment plants, intake structures, storage facilities as well as hundreds of miles of water transmission mains. Since joining LAN in 2008, as the Director of its Midwest region, Green has rapidly expanded the firm's water supply and transmission services.
Green holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Mississippi State University. He is a registered professional engineer in the states of Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Mississippi, Michigan, Arizona, Tennessee, Oklahoma and Texas.
