HOUSTON, TX PDR announces the promotions of six individuals as Senior Associates of the firm.

The promotions reflect PDR's diverse talent base, as the group represents leaders from Design and Architecture, Business Consulting, and Business Development.

Justin Dezendorf is a Project Architect with ten years of experience. His expertise extends beyond just the workplace to cover food service, training and meeting centers, and wellness centers.

Marcella Fewox is the Business Development Lead for PDR where she manages our public relations and external communication efforts including web editing, award submittals and social media marketing strategy.

Julie Fuex is a Change Management Consultant who leads corporations to develop change management strategies that effectively inform, engage and prepare their employees in transitioning to a new workplace environment while reducing disruption to business productivity.

Kimberly Mercer is a Project Architect with experience in campus master plans, new construction, adaptive reuse and historic preservation. Since joining PDR, Mercer has continued to grow her ability to meet the demands of projects in various industries - from initiation to completion.

Jenny Segsworth is a Registered Interior Designer with 10 years of professional design experience. She is a knowledgeable Design Lead with a range of corporate workplace interior projects, including law firms.

Chester Velasquez is a Project Designer with 12 years of experience. His experience ranges from conceptual brainstorming to design development, to construction documentation and contract administration.
