Northwest Technical Solutions, LLC Announces Verdugo as VP of Business Development
KATY, TX Northwest Technical Solutions announces that Rogelio Verdugo, Vice President, will be leading its Business Development initiatives.
Verdugo started his career in the oil and gas industry at GL Noble Denton as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. He worked on a number of offshore platform projects and was responsible for all phases of design, verification, marine warranty, consulting, and structural design. Some of his projects included the Williams Field Services Devil's Tower Spar, Chevron's Tombua Landana project, and the SBMA TDS Lone Star semi-submersible platform.
After four years, Verdugo joined Statoil where he provided engineering support to the marine operations team for the fabrication, load-out, transportation, installation, and mechanical completion activities for the Peregrino project installed offshore in Brazil.
Before joining NWTS, Verdugo received third-party BOP inspection and verification experience at WEST Engineering, which later became Lloyd's Register Energy Drilling, where he successfully managed several accounts and received experience in engineering and inspection services for subsea BOP and well control equipment.
Verdugo has a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University. NWTS is excited to have Verdugo spearheading its Business Development team, helping to connect its experts to current and future clients.
