Rinco of Texas and Campestres Resorts Announce Roperville, Nestled in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country
HILL COUNTRY, TX In Spring 2017, the newest Texas Hill Country destination breaks ground. Roperville presents a destination for those who desire the tranquility of the country and the amenities of larger cities. The estimated completion timeframe for phase one of Roperville is December 2017.
Rinco of Texas and Campestres Resorts selected Gomez Vazquez International (GVI) Architects to bring to life their Roperville vision. Surrounded by stunning Hill Country views, the grounds will boast a park and concert area, shops, a farmers' market, eateries, wine-tasting room, and beer garden, all of which will feature natural materials of wood and stone with metal roofs, reminiscent of the historical architecture of the region.
The Texas Hill Country attracts locals and out-of-state visitors alike to its charming towns. Roperville, just south of Blanco and near Rockin' J Ranch, will bring the same charm to the region's newest destination.
"When you put together a team to develop a new destination like Roperville, it has to be a group with vast experience and great reputation, and GVI is a reputable firm. We need someone like the world-renowned architectural firm GVI, with their collective 50-plus years of experience, master-planning our communities," said Colonel Lee Roper, founder of Rinco of Texas, Lead Developer on the project.
"The integration of the Hill Country landscape is at the center of the Roperville master plan. We are incorporating materials that are native to the region, as well as creating landscapes that will serve a purpose beyond adding aesthetic value," said Alvaro Gonzalez Guerra, Principal of North America, Gomez Vazquez International Architects.
