KCI Technologies Promotes Stockburger to Vice President

IRVING, TX KCI Technologies Inc. announces the promotion of Texas Utilities Regional Practice Leader D. Scott Stockburger, PE, to Vice President.
Stockburger joined the firm in 2014 and is responsible for overseeing subsurface utility engineering, utility relocation and design-build services throughout the state. During his 28-year career, he has served as an owner, consultant and contractor within the utility industry with a focus on utility design, coordination and relocation. Stockburger is respected throughout the industry and has established strong working relationships with state agencies, multiple municipalities, private utilities and contractors. In just two years with KCI, his practice has expanded significantly, growing his staff 10-folda testament to his leadership skills and business acumen.
"Scott is focused on the growth of the firm and how that creates opportunities for his staff and other KCI practices," said Vice President and Texas Discipline Manager Michael Perez, PE. "His relationships within the industry have created engineering opportunities in utilities, but also design and construction engineering and inspection."
Stockburger holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma as well as with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying. Stockburger is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
