ECS Texas Hires Subsidiary Director of Environmental Services

AUSTIN, TX Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) announces that Craig W. Hiatt, MS, joins the firm as the Subsidiary Director of Environmental Services for ECS Texas, LLP. Hiatt has more than 21 years of experience with environmental planning, permitting, NEPA documentation, natural resources surveys and permitting, indoor air quality assessments, environmental compliance, soil and groundwater remediation, and due diligence. 

In his new role, Hiatt is responsible for management and oversight of ECS environmental services, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, soil and groundwater remediation, underground storage tank assessment and removal, risk-based corrections and remedial assessments, asbestos-containing building materials surveys, mold, lead-based paint and hazardous materials surveys, developing and implementing corrective action and voluntary cleanup plans, hydrogeologic studies, Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements, natural resources surveys and permitting, wetlands delineation studies, as well as mitigation planning and design.

A Certified Wetlands Delineator, Hiatt holds a Master of Science in environmental planning from American Public University, and a bachelor of science in Environmental Biology and Management from the University of California-Davis. Hiatt is an active member of his community, and is an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America, as well as many other organizations.
