FORT WORTH, TX Alliance Aviation Services Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at Fort Worth Alliance Airport, the world's first industrial airport, is constructing two new hangars that will total 72,150 square feet. The expansion will provide future hangar opportunities to corporate and general aviation users, allowing accommodations to the increased demand that is being driven by a strong economy and rapid corporate growth in North Texas.

The two new hangars, which are 32,150 square feet and 40,000 square feet, will be large enough to accommodate aircraft as large as the Gulfstream 650 or the Global Express. The size is distinctive for Fort Worth Alliance Airport, as most commercial airport hangars do not accommodate larger aircraft. The hangars will also include adjacent office and storage space.

At present, Alliance Aviation Services offers two hangars totaling 68,879 square feet of storage and maintenance space and a 16,551-square-foot FBO offering world-class concierge services and other amenities. Alliance Aviation Services is also a member of Air Elite, a premier network of independently owned and operated FBOs who are recognized throughout the aviation industry for offering the highest level of customer service and amenities. The Air Elite Network is now close to 80 locations across the globe, and Alliance is proud to have been one of the founding members of this exclusive network.

Construction on the new airport hangars is being managed by McRight-Smith Construction and will be completed in June 2017. The hangars were designed by RGA Architects.

Created through a unique public-private partnership between the FAA, the city of Fort Worth, Texas, and Hillwood Properties, Fort Worth Alliance Airport is located among the second-highest concentration of aviation and aerospace companies and suppliers in the nation.
