Hoar's Austin Offices Continues Growth
AUSTIN, TX Hoar Construction's Austin, Texas, office has hit a growth spurt doubling in size in the past two years - from eight people to nineteen people.
Preconstruction Manager, Justin Brodnax joins the Austin team from the Houston, Texas, office to support all estimating efforts.
Mike Smith, Senior Superintendent, Nick Barker, Assistant Superintendent, Stephen Phelps, Assistant Superintendent, and Houston Bolt, Assistant Project Manager are working on The Richardson at Tarrytown, a three-story, high-end residential complex west of downtown Austin. Also working in downtown Austin, Ben Carter, Project Engineer, working on Elizabeth Street, a mixed-use project in the heart of the SoCo district.
Work continues at Abilene Christian University, new hires Sean Cagle, Project Manager, and Cody Mallory, Project Engineer, are working towards an early Fall completion of the Wildcat Football Stadium. The first official football stadium for the university in over 50 years.
Project Manager, Mike Trulove, and Assistant Superintendent, Cory Scott, are working on the Shannon Medical Center bed tower expansion in San Angelo, Texas. The project consists of 75,000 square feet of new construction and 45,000 square feet of renovation.
The team just won the contract for a private campus housing project, owned by Capstone Collegiate Communities, on the University of Texas West Campus based on their excellent budgeting and planning process. Senior Superintendent, Joel Chiman will lead the team as they build the 18-story tower slated to being early summer.
