DALLAS, TX Ed Keenan joins Garver's Water Team as a Project Manager in Garver's Dallas, Texas, office.

Keenan brings more than a decade of experience related to successful and innovative water and wastewater treatment plant design, upgrades, and rehabilitation. His expertise includes plant design, pump station design, treatment plant hydraulics, water and sewer line design, and construction oversight. He has delivered a variety of projects that have produced chemically and biologically stable water throughout Texas, and his previous roles have been in project management, interdisciplinary design coordination, quality control, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Some of Keenan's contributions to the Texas water industry include serving as the project manager for an aeration evaluation that eventually increased energy efficiency and reduced operational costs at a water reclamation plant in El Paso, Texas, lead engineer for the design of a 30 MGD peak flow pump station in Denton, Texas, lead designer for the ozone system upgrades at a 60 MGD surface water treatment plant in El Paso, and designed upgrades to a reuse pump station that included the installation of two 3.5 MGD turbine pumps at a wastewater treatment plant in Dallas.

Keenan will work in Garver's Frisco and Dallas offices as a client service and project manager serving Garver's north Texas clients.
