IRVING, TX Ridgemont Commercial Construction hosted a Topping Out Event to mark the progress and acknowledge all the workforce on this exciting project for the Irving, Texas, area. The event hosted around 200 attendees, including members from Ridgemont, KDC, Page Architects, Healthcare Associates and the subcontractor companies associated with the project.

"We are honored to be working on such an innovative project for Healthcare Associates. The services this facility will bring will play a major role in the ongoing development of the Irving area medical practices", Rich Piersee, Director of Healthcare and Senior Living at Ridgemont.

At the event attendees enjoyed homemade BBQ made by Ridgemont's Superintendent Brian Thompson. And, attendees also had an opportunity to win raffle prizes to show appreciation for their hard work.

The 90,000-square-foot medical office building for Healthcare Associates is part of the first phase of a new medical office complex which will total 160,000 square feet. Located at the corner of SH 161 and Gateway Drive, the development is only minutes away from DFW International Airport and walking distance to the DART Beltline Station, which offers easy transportation to downtown Dallas.

The new medical office complex will provide a unique care environment that provides a one-stop shop for imaging, pharmacy, dental, vision and sleep therapy. The thoughtful and forward-thinking design of the project will also allow medical providers to continue to provide exceptional health care in the most efficient and patient-centered manner.
