Seasoned Litigation Attorney Joins National Construction Law Firm Peckar & Abramson As Partner

DALLAS, TX National construction law firm Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) announces that seasoned litigation and trial attorney Jeff Hage has joined the firm's Dallas, Texas, office as a Partner.Â
During his accomplished career, which spans more than 35 years, Hage has handled complex, high stakes litigation, trying cases across Texas and elsewhere in the U.S. He has broad litigation experience in real estate, energy, environmental and commercial matters in a variety of different forums including state courts, federal district courts, bankruptcy courts, appellate courts and arbitrations. Prior to joining the firm, Hage was a shareholder with the Dallas office of a highly respected law firm, where he held numerous key leadership positions during his tenure.
Active in the community, Hage has served as Chair of the Dallas Bar Foundation Fellows, Trustee of the Dallas Bar Foundation, Co-Chair of the Judiciary Committee of the Dallas Bar Association, Co-Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Dallas Bar Association, Co-Chair of the Tortious Interference Subcommittee and of the Business Torts Committee of the ABA, Member of the DBA Probate, Trusts and Estates Section, Master in the W.M. "Mac" Taylor, Jr. American Inn of Court, Life Fellow of the American Bar Association and Trustee of the Dallas Theater Center. Â
Hage has been named a Best Lawyer in America for the last four consecutive years. He is admitted to practice in Texas, the Supreme Court of Texas, U.S. District Court Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth and Sixth Circuits and Pro hac vice California and Michigan. He holds a JD from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law.
