Corbet Design + Build Tapped to Construct New Industrial Facilities for Mosites Rubber Company
DALLAS, TX Corbet Design + Build has been tapped by Mosites Rubber Company, Inc. to deconstruct and replace multiple buildings at its 175,000-square-foot manufacturing facility located in Fort Worth, Texas.
For more than 50 years, Mosites Rubber Company has been on the leading edge of the rubber industry and is widely recognized across the nation and in many parts of the world as one of the industry's leaders. Mosites started initially making rubber materials for lining large transport tanks and other storage vessels and soon expanded into the more specialized areas of synthetic rubber, namely forming rubber materials, silicones and fluoroelastomers.
"As a leader in the rubber industry, Mosites was recently challenged with the need for updated facilities and increased space," said Corbet CEO Bryan Garvey. "But as a growing business filling and receiving new orders daily, strategic operations could not be disrupted as they normally would be during a standard project like this."
Corbet has been tasked with rebuilding and updating two of the company's existing structures, both of which are integral to the continued success and growth of Mosites. Upon completion of its latest industrial project, Corbet will have provided the rubber manufacturing company with an 855-square-foot boiler room and a state-of-the-art compressor room, which will span 3,125 square feet.
"Throughout this process, our team of experts will be able to guarantee unaltered productivity and a finished product that will allow Mosites and its employees to be more productive, more successful and safer than ever," said Garvey.
