Hager Companies Announces New Group VP of Operations

ST. LOUIS, MO Hager Companies announces the addition of Bill Yeomans as Group Vice President of Operations. Effective immediately, Yeomans will lead the company's efforts around manufacturing service level improvements. 

"Bill's background in manufacturing operational effectiveness will have a significant impact on Hager's growth in new and existing markets," said William Shockley, Group Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Hager Companies. "It's an exciting time for Hager and for our industry and we are thrilled to have Bill join our team."

Hager has made significant organizational changes to support the company's new initiatives. Most recently, Joshua D. Hager stepped into the role as President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all aspects of the organization, and Johnston Hager was promoted to Vice President, Residential Sales and National Accounts. In addition, Robert Wilkins was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Product Development in January. 

Yeomans brings extensive experience in productivity, product development, team development and applications of visual factory systems and Lean Manufacturing techniques. He has been in the manufacturing industry for over 38 years, where he has held positions at Ciba-Geigy, Alabama Power Nuclear Division, Sony and Dunbarton Group.

Yeomans earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Troy University. His professional training includes Global Management & Leadership, Strategic Learning & Organizational Turnaround, Leading Change & Organizational Development, Six Sigma (Black Belt & Champion), Quality Improvement Process Management, Kepner Tregoe Problem Solving & Decision Making, and Self-Directed Work Team Development.
