Pascarella Joins Peckar & Abramson as Partner in Austin Office

AUSTIN, TX National construction law firm Peckar & Abramson, P.C. announces that construction and infrastructure lawyer Karla Pascarella joins the firm's Austin, Texas, office as a Partner.
"Karla Pascarella is an adept litigator and negotiator capable of managing multimillion-dollar domestic and international transactions and complex contracts for publicly and privately financed infrastructure projects," said Steven M. Pascarella represents a wide range of international and domestic corporate clients and construction professionals. Her practice primarily concentrates on commercial litigation, corporate compliance and governance, complex dispute resolution, and construction law. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she regularly handles international business transactions and disputes and assists corporate clients with strategic legal decisions and global business matters.
Prior to joining Peckar & Abramson, Pascarella served as General Counsel for the North American affiliate of Isolux Corsan, a $2.1 billion international engineering, procurement and construction company. As General Counsel, she routinely counseled senior executives and executive committees on legal strategies and the implementation of key business decisions across the globe. She also handled a range of legal disputes on multiple high-profile projects and oversaw the company's legal approach for all lines of business, including wind, solar and other renewable energy projects, major infrastructure works, and power transmission and distribution.
Pascarella is regarded as the go-to counsel for complex international transactions and legal matters. She has represented Fortune 500 clients in North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) negotiations and she served as a Delegate of the American Bar Association's Section of International Law and Practice, International Legal Exchange Program - Central America Delegation.
