Growth Drives BSA LifeStructures to Promote Six

INDIANAPOLIS, IN To accommodate growth in all of its six geographic markets, BSA LifeStructures, an architecture, engineering, planning and interior design firm, has appointed six of its professionals to new leadership roles.
"We must be certain that our growth is a benefit to our clients, and that we are delivering the same level of service and design excellence in all of our relationships," said BSA LifeStructures President Melissa Davis. "These changes will help to ensure that consistency."
Under the new structure, six BSA LifeStructures veterans have taken on new roles:
Keith Smith and Sam Reed, both former presidents of the firm, now serve as Chief Strategy Officers.
Kenyon Worrell has been appointed Director of Architectural Services.
Josh Halon assumes the role of Director of Operations Planning.
David Ralich is Director of Architecture.
Erin Fogerty is Director of Interior Design.
Another key role, Director of Engineering, will continue to be filled by Brian Hoagland.
"I feel privileged to be part of a dynamic team of people with such a broad depth of experience and expertise," Halon said. "We really strive to think beyond what is, to what could be."
