Kluber Joins Halff as Vice President and Director of MEP, North Texas
RICHARDSON, TX Halff Associates, Inc. (Halff) announces John Kluber, PE, LEED AP, CEM, joins its Richardson, Texas, office as Vice President and Director of MEP, North Texas. Kluber brings to Halff diverse engineering experience in the education, federal, and health care sectors with a portfolio of award-winning work across a wide variety of project sizes and types. He will provide strategic leadership for Halff's North Texas MEP Engineering practice and continue to expand its client base.

Prior to joining Halff, Kluber served as the Director of Mechanical Engineering in the Fort Worth, Texas, office of a global A/E firm, overseeing design efforts for more than 50 domestic and international projects at a time while managing and growing the firm's largest MEP department. He also founded a full-service A/E firm providing mechanical, structural, engineering, and architectural services, serving as the firm's Managing Partner and Director of Mechanical Engineering.
Kluber is the recipient of many national and regional awards, and he is the Advisory Board Chair for the SMU Mechanical Engineering Department at the Bobby B. Lyle School of Engineering. He is also a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Plumbing Engineers.
He earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, a Certified Energy Manager, and LEED AP certified.
