MYCON General Contractors Promotes Pitt to Vice President of the Institutional Services Group

DALLAS, TX C. Scott Pitt has been promoted to Vice President of MYCON's Institutional Services Group, according to Doug Talley, MYCON's President.
In his new position, Pitt will oversee the preconstruction efforts of the firm for all projects within the institutional market. He will also oversee the execution of these projects operationally and ensure the project team has the proper support to deliver them successfully. His turnkey responsibilities include contract negotiations and execution, construction planning and scheduling, quality control, and safety and compliance management.
A well-respected industry professional with more than 17 years of experience, Pitt has worked for some of the nation's largest construction firms where he managed more than $500 million in diverse construction projects. His project portfolio includes education, government and correctional institutions, religious/worship facilities, senior living, Class A office buildings, multifamily, and hospitality and gaming,

Pitt holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering technology from Murray State University and is an active board member of Joey's Dream Builders.
