Litigation Attorney Joins Houston Office of Peckar & Abramson

HOUSTON, TX National construction law firm Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) announces that attorney Brandon Rutledge joins the firm's Houston, Texas, office as a Litigation Associate.Â
An accomplished litigator, Rutledge focuses his practice on construction law, commercial litigation, and energy & defense matters. His clients include a range of professionals in the construction, energy and manufacturing sectors, including owners, contractors, sureties, energy firms, and public and private companies. Rutledge has earned a reputation for energetic representation and offers his clients efficient and strategic legal guidance.
Prior to joining Peckar & Abramson, Rutledge served as defense counsel for a Houston-based energy firm that represented oil and gas entities across all 50 states. In this capacity, he not only represented several of the region's leading companies in high-stakes litigation but also in negotiating complex acquisitions.Â
Rutledge is admitted to practice in the State of Texas. He earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University with an emphasis in policy & economic analysis and a Mminor in business. At Texas A&M, he served as the Senior Class President, while also serving as an executive officer in the Corps of Cadets, where he was awarded a certificate in leadership study and development from the university's School of Military Sciences.
