Garver Adds Frank to Growing Aviation Team

HOUSTON, TX Jason Frank, PE, joins Garver as an Aviation Team Leader and will concentrate on advancing Garver's aviation practice from its growing Houston, Texas, office.
Frank comes to Garver with more than two decades of experience delivering critical improvement projects to some of the country's largest and most recognizable airports, including Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, Illinois, Dulles International Airport in Washington D.C., and many others. At Reagan National Airport, Frank led multi-year, multi-phased airfield pavement rehabilitation projects; while he led runway and taxiway projects at O'Hare and Indianapolis International Airport; taxiway extension and pavement rehabilitation projects at Dulles; and several military airfield projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. His work has also improved the efficiency, performance, and safety of other airports in Arizona, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri, Texas and at military airfields in Arizona, Kansas, and Texas.
Frank, who holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, has developed a strong reputation for airport planning and design, client relations, and is proficient in budgeting, quality control plan preparations, and developing capital improvement plans and cost estimates for multi-year programs. He has also authored articles and presented on his extensive work at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
