DALLAS, TX MYCON General Contractors has started construction of the new Baylor Scott & White medical office building, located at 1901 West Park Drive in Irving, Texas. The project is targeted for completion in the summer of 2018, according to MYCON's Project Director Matt Davis.

The Baylor Scott & White medical office building project will include a three-story, 58,485-square-foot facility with approximately 226 surface parking spaces and extensive landscaping. The project team includes developer PMRG, and project architect GSR Andrade.

"We are pleased to be working with PMRG again," said Davis. "Our focus is to deliver a quality medical facility that will provide greater access to important healthcare services for the residents of Irving. We are also pleased to be serving Baylor Scott & White, a leading healthcare provider in the North Texas region."

The medical office building is located adjacent to the full service hospital at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Irving off of TX-HWY 183 (W. Airport Freeway) and N. MacArthur Blvd.

The Irving medical office building is slated to open to patients this fall and is already 80 percent pre-leased to medical providers, including HealthTexas Provider Network and Primary Care and Endocrinology, Arlington Orthopedic Associates, Dallas Nephrology Associates, Touchstone Imaging and Pure Dermatology Center.
