NV5 Strengthens Southwest Team

HOUSTON, TX NV5 Global, Inc. is strengthening its leadership footprint in the Southwest with the addition of senior management. Lee Bennett and Ebrahim Salehi, PE, were recently added to the Houston, Texas, area office, and Anthony Jaecques, PE, is now a member of the Dallas/Forth Worth Metroplex team. 

Bennett joins NV5 as a Commissioning Group Leader. With more than 40 years of experience in facility design, construction management, commissioning services and sustainable engineering, he has served as a project manager in fields such as advanced technology, commercial, education, government, health care and industrial. His expertise includes overseeing MEP design and construction tasks and functional testing of mission-critical MEP systems. Bennett, who earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas, is a registered ASHRAE Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP) and is a LEED-Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). 

Salehi is an Engineering Project Manager with more than 17 years of extensive experience in industrial, energy, utility, electrical transmission and distribution projects. His experience includes management of electrical and controls design, substation physical design, quality reviews, project management, construction inspection/supervision, commissioning and start-up, and staff training. He is registered as a professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC), and is a member of the Canadian Council of Professional Engineers (CCPE), the Iranian Association of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IAEEE) and the Society of Internationally Trained Engineers of British Columbia (SITE BC). Salehi is based in NV5's Houston office.

Jaecques serves as an Engineering Group Leader for NV5. While he's based in the DFW Metroplex, he will be working in NV5 offices across Texas. His extensive consulting and operations experience has led to a skillset in engineering management, program management and construction management. His project work has ranged from industrial, transportation, retail and distribution to municipal, real estate, manufacturing and aviation. During his 40-year career, one of his most noteworthy accomplishments was the creation of a comprehensive engineering project process manual, which included real estate, architecture and engineering, vendor management, change management and construction services. Jaecques attended the University of Missouri, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering.
