Manhattan Construction Welcomes Reyes to its Estimating Team
HOUSTON, TX Manhattan Construction Company welcomes David Reyes to the company's Houston, Texas, -area office. Reyes will be a part of Manhattan's Houston estimating team, whose recent project work includes United Airlines Terminal C, Minute Maid Park Center Field Improvements, and the Alvin Independent School District Stadium.
Reyes has new construction and interior build-out project experience in estimating, project management and operations. Reyes is a native Houstonian and earned his bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston. Reyes had an early start in the industry by acquiring an internship during his senior year of high school. This internship paved the road to his success in academics and his professional career. During his time at University of Houston, he passed the rigorous AIC exam and acquired an internship with a local civil construction firm. Upon graduation, he was promoted to assistant project manager. Reyes brings to Manhattan Construction experience in lean construction, self-perform efforts, and civil construction. A few of his recent projects include the Tyler Pounds Regional Airport, and the Metro El Dorado Park and Ride.
