Adolfson & Peterson Construction Promotes Hassmann to VP of Preconstruction

RICHARDSON, TX Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) promotes Granger Hassmann to Vice President of Preconstruction. In this new role, Hassmann assumes oversight for all preconstruction and estimating services for the Gulf States region.Â
"Granger has been a key part of AP's success, and we are thrilled to promote him to this key position," said Corbett Nichter, President of AP's Gulf States Region. "He has been instrumental in successfully completing over $1B in construction projects over the last 16 years, which makes him a natural fit for the role."
With more than 20 years of construction experience and 16 years with AP, Hassmann brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. His responsibilities include performing estimating, scheduling and value engineering during preconstruction, while working closely with Preconstruction Managers to develop effective subcontractor scopes of work and contracts, as well as Superintendents to recommend effective and feasible cost options for each client. His work includes major projects such as the HCA Hospitals in Dallas, Texas, and Austin, Texas, (formally Forest Park Medical Center), Raytheon's new regional headquarters in Richardson, Texas, TD Ameritrade's new regional headquarters in Southlake, Texas, and a substantial list of education projects for both Garland and Dallas Independent School Districts.Â
Hassmann earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in College Station.
