Kastner of R.A. Smith National Selected Wisconsin's Young Engineer of the Year

BROOKFIELD, WI , PE, Group Manager with , a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm, headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin, has received the 2014-2015 Wisconsin Young Engineer of the Year Award by the (WSPE). The award was presented during the WSPE Discovery Conference.
The WSPE Young Engineer of the Year Award is presented annually to an outstanding contributor to the engineering profession. Individuals who are named to receive this award are recognized by their peers for their outstanding performance in engineering and their ability and willingness to serve the engineering profession as leaders to the future. Prior to receiving the State award, Kastner received the 2014 Young Engineer of the Year Award from WSPE's Milwaukee Metro Chapter.
Kastner has more than 12 years of experience in various engineering, construction, and design roles for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, local governments, and private developers. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is an MBA candidate at Marquette University.
