George Konik Associates Expands Recruiting with Addition of Rima

MINNEAPOLIS, MN Twin Cities, Minnesota, based engineering/IT recruiting and staffing firm George Konik Associates (GKA) hires Sam Rima, Jr. as a Technical Sourcing Specialist. In his new position at GKA, Rima's focus will be on connecting with and getting to know candidates and identifying how each candidate's skill sets fit with the needs of the clients.
"As we continue to grow, it is just as important that we have a team in place that can get to know the candidates as well as the clients," said Tom Goettl, Vice President and Senior Recruiter at George Konik Associates. "A good fit is more than just matching skills, it is also about matching personalities and company culture. Sam has the uncommon ability of being able to quickly get-to-know individuals and assesses their skill sets beyond those listed on their resume. It is an asset that will benefit not only GKA but also our candidates and clients."
