Fairchild Announces Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer
GREEN BAY, WI Fairchild Equipment announces that Steven Frank has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. The position was created in light of numerous asset acquisitions and business expansions in the last year and a half. The new CFO will be able to assist Fairchild Equipment develop a strategic plan for current and future growth.
Frank brings more than 20 years of experience in the public accounting realm and public utilities industry. He has worked in several areas of expertise ranging from benefit plans, accounting and financial reporting, treasury functions, budgeting and forecasting, and many more projects. Frank received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, and majored in both finance and accounting.

In addition to his abundant knowledge, Frank is family man who grew up in the local Fox Valley, Wisconsin, community. He has remained nearby with his wife and six children living in the greater Green Bay, Wisconsin, area. Actively involved with his family and children's education, Fairchild Equipment Executives felt Frank's values and knowledge blended well with the culture.
