DES PLAINES, IL The Missner Group announces renovations have begun for the Olympian Office Center located at 4343 Commerce Court in Lisle, Illinois. The 168,000-square-foot, seven-story office property is situated along I-88 in the East/West Tollway submarket of suburban Chicago. Formerly the headquarter offices of Porsche Cars North America, the Olympian Office Center represents the largest office acquisition to-date for The Missner Group.

The Missner Group has scheduled extensive exterior and interior upgrades to give this property a fresh, new look and to recapture the essence of the space. The renovations and redesign will showcase the emerging trends in the workplace, meet the changing demands of today's workforce, and will entice tenants for years to come.

New features will include the addition of a WiFi tenant lounge area, conferencing facilities, and significant lobby improvements, along with new finishes to most of the building common areas.  Most notably, The Missner Group will paint the exterior of the property, dramatically altering the aesthetics of the well-known property.

Constructed in 1987 and situated on 7.4 acres, the Olympian Office Center is located 25 miles west of Chicago with more than 400 feet of high-profile frontage along Interstate 88. The multi-tenant property features 50,000-square-foot blocks of contiguous space, a seven-story glass atrium, and a fitness center with locker room amenities. The property also includes a lunchroom with cafeteria service and over 500 parking spaces. Building occupancy currently sits at 30 percent with major tenants including the FBI and law firm Hinshaw & Culbertson.

Ed Adler, EVP of The Missner Group, led the acquisition for the firm. Paul Lundstedt, Dan Deuter, Tom Sitz and Cody Hundertmark of CBRE represented the seller, Riverview Realty Partners. Kent Nepras, project manager for The Missner Group will lead the construction team with Scott Nomellini serving as site superintendent. Architectural services are being provided by IDG. The project is scheduled for completion in fall 2017.
