MILWAUKEE, WI Altius Building Company, along with partners, Linden Street Partners, Rinka Chung Architecture, and Tri City National Bank broke ground on The Quin.  The 70-unit apartment development is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin's, Walker's Point neighborhood.

The groundbreaking commemorated the start of work on the $12-million, five-story apartment development, which will take shape in the budding Walker's Point neighborhood. Planned on-site amenities when the complex opens in 2018 will include a mix of stylish one bedroom and two bedroom floorplans, luxury finishes, spacious outdoor facilities to include a deck, an on-site gym, and secure enclosed parking. Its ground floor will feature 1,200 square feet of space perfect for local retailers.

Altius Building Company is excited to be construction managers on this endeavor and are looking forward to construction in the months ahead.
