Bennett Promoted to Director of Labor Relations and Training at Site Improvement Association
ST. LOUIS, MO Jeremy Bennett has been promoted to Director of Labor Relations and Training at the SITE Improvement Association of St. Louis, Missouri, effective January 1, 2016. He will lead efforts to negotiate and interpret labor agreements on behalf of SITE members in the highway and bridge, concrete, sewer/utility, asphalt paving, earthmoving, landscaping, and specialty contracting industries, while continuing to oversee safety and specialized training programs for workers employed by SITE members.
Bennett joined SITE in 2013, and previously served as a Human Resources Specialist at Missouri American Water Company. He has 10 years of experience in the construction and training industry.
Bennett earned a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. He currently serves as a member of the St. Louis Council of Construction Employers, the St. Louis Construction Cooperative, and the Missouri Common Ground Alliance.
SITE represents the interests of members in negotiations with labor unions, promotes political and legislative agendas and provides safety and technical training for members. The association has 170 members, primarily contractors in the concrete, earthmoving, landscaping, asphalt paving, highway/bridge, sewer/utility and specialty construction segments. SITE will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2016.
