SEATTLE, WA Tadano America and Maxim Crane Works, (which recently completed the acquisition of Coast Crane), have reached an agreement to continue the relationship with Coast/Maxim as a distributor for Tadano crane products. The company will be responsible for the sales, marketing and customer service for Tadano's line of rough terrain and all-terrain cranes in the states of Washington, Oregon, Alaska and Hawaii.

"We are looking forward to continuing working with Coast Crane as well as expanding our relationship with Maxim Crane Works," said Ingo Schiller, President of Tadano America. "Coast Crane has an established and knowledgeable crane sales and customer support team and are well aligned with Tadano's goals of safety, quality, and efficiency."

"With the Coast Crane acquisition, we saw a great opportunity to build on their existing success and having Tadano products are a significant part of that," said Bryan Carlisle, CEO of Maxim Crane Works. "Coast has a great team and focus on service. Maxim's ability to provide full service, turn-key lifting solutions to the Tadano customers in our territory will provide our customers with unmatched product support as we work to continue our growth strategy with the combined strengths of Coast, Tadano and Maxim", said Frank Bardonaro, COO for Maxim.
