QUAD CITIES, IL Illinois-based civil engineering firm Missman Inc. has joined U.S.-based IMEG Corp. - formalizing their fifty-plus year relationship in delivering high-quality design engineering to the Western Illinois and Eastern Iowa region.

This merger expands our Quad Cities regional team and Midwest service offerings to include a complete range of engineering design and construction-related services while maintaining client-centric relationships and design innovation that have guided IMEG for nearly 60 years.

"We are very excited to advance our relationship with Missman," said Paul VanDuyne, President/CEO of IMEG Corp. "Through this merger, we have created a unique strategic opportunity by combining Missman's multiple years of civil and structural engineering expertise with IMEG's expansive building design  capabilities. We will remain focused on providing engineering services to our customers - strengthening our core regional teams to build on our offerings and deliver even greater value."

IMEG's core building services include engineering design in the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology disciplines with medical equipment planning, architectural lighting, acoustics consulting, and commissioning provided as specialty services. Civil engineering and construction support services are offered throughout IMEG's western locations with plans to integrate civil services with Missman's existing operations.

"While we are very proud of the 70-year history of our firm, we also recognized that the next step for our team and clients was to merge with a firm of comparable quality that would enable us to expand services," said Pat Eikenberry, President of Missman, Inc., "IMEG has been a valued partner, sharing our Quad Cities history, and the merger will broaden and deepen our existing industry specializations, enabling us to offer more comprehensive services tailored to our clients."

Missman Inc. will continue to operate under its existing brand - as a division of IMEG Corp - through the end of the year. Missman President/CEO, Pat Eikenberry, will serve as IMEG's Vice President of Civil Engineering US and work to integrate civil services across the country.
