The Skillman Corporation Announces New Hires and Promotions

INDIANAPOLIS, IN The Skillman Corporation announces the following promotions and new additions to the firm.

Phil Barszczowski is promoted to Site Manager. Barszczowski has five years of experience with Skillman and 9 years of experience in the construction industry. He previously served as Project Engineer and his experience in both the field and office has been invaluable when working with our construction teams on a variety of large and small projects. As Site Manager, Barszczowski is responsible for construction of the new kindergarten center at Homecroft Elementary for Perry Township Schools. He is an IUPUI graduate with a BS in Construction Technology.

Brandon Wolf is promoted to Site Manager. Wolf has five years of experience with Skillman and over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. His previous roles with Skillman include Project Engineer and Project Manager and he has worked with Indiana University, Ivy Tech Community College, and many Indiana school districts. As Site Manager, Wolf is responsible for construction of the new Akron Elementary for Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation. He is an Ivy Tech Community College graduate and has special expertise with Building Information Modelling.

Tracy Hittle joins the organization as Site Manager. Hittle brings over 30 years of construction industry experience, with work ranging from educational facilities for K-12 and higher education to restaurants and retail spaces. He will be managing projects for Perry Township Schools. Hittle's background includes owning Hittle Framing. He is a life-long San Francisco 49ers fan and is dedicated to fitness and weightlifting.

Matt Stephens has been hired as Site Manager. Stephens has over 30 years of construction industry experience, with work for K-12 education, higher education, airports and international corporations. He started in construction as a carpenter apprentice. Stephens has since worked as a labor foreman, journeyman carpenter, project superintendent and has owned Stephens Construction. As a Skillman Site Manager, he will be managing projects for Perry Township Schools. Stephens is a graduate of Vincennes University.

Dustin Nivens joins Skillman as a Project Engineer. As Project Engineer, Nivens will be working on projects for Perry Township Schools. He is a United States Air Force veteran and recently graduated from IUPUI with a Bachelor of Science in construction engineering and management technology. Nivens is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute.

Jason Alexander joins the firm as a Project Engineer. In his role as Project Engineer, Alexander will be working with Tippecanoe Valley Schools, Tri-Creek Schools, School Town of Highland, and the City of East Chicago. He has 10 years of construction and accounting experience and is a member of Carpenter's Local Union 1005 and Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters. Alexander has a BS in Accounting from Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University.
