INDIANAPOLIS, IN A distinguished panel sought to provide insight and dialogue concerning what was deemed, "institutional anchors" by organizers intent on providing the answers to important questions such as their definition of success for the projects, what causes projects to fail and what better processes can be used to help them succeed.Panelists included Michael Huber, President of the Indy Chamber; John Lewis, Associate Vice President for Capital Planning and Facilities at Indiana University; Betsy McCaw, President of 16 Tech; Jeff Kingsbury, Managing Partner at Greenstreet LtD.; and, Grant Goldman, Senior Vice President of Development and Construction for Ambrose Property Group.
